We were able to turn off several closer lights on the pavilion and its adjoining grass parking area. A cold night with very clear skies after a cold front moved through. The Milky Way was visible from 25° above the horizon in the north to 20° above horizon in the south. Not too much detail but M31 (Andromeda Galaxy) was visible to the naked eye and overall this night sky provides good opportunities for public observing."
